My Work

Solve for Ex:
Clara Patrick has had more than enough of her coworker, Liam Freeman.

At 28 years old, she’s been trying to prove herself as a confident and capable ELA teacher ever since her last relationship led to her exile from her former school. Now she’s been at Elm Grove Academy for nearly five years, and everything would be perfect if it weren’t for one pesky, six-foot-two thorn in her side.

Liam Freeman, the Math teacher on her team, has had it out for her since her first day. If she’s late? Liam’s there with a stopwatch. If the copier jams? Liam’s there with a quip about her content. If the students act up? Liam’s there with classroom management techniques.

Everything changes when Clara finds out her ex is scheduled to speak at the National Teacher Leadership Conference, the same conference she’s been chosen to attend for the first time in her career. Unfortunately for her, he’s bringing his new girlfriend, and she’s still glaringly single. The solution? A fake relationship. And who would make a better fake boyfriend than her nemesis?

But as tensions rise and friendships blossom, will Liam and Clara be able to stop the lines between real and fake from blurring?

Figure Hate:
Izzy Long does not quit. Ever.

So when her skating partner of over a decade unceremoniously dumps her to pair up with his girlfriend six months before Olympic qualifiers, she’s caught between a rock and a hard place.

She can either drop out of the competition entirely and wait another four years for her chance, or pair up with her rival Adam Jones.

The same Adam has also suddenly been dumped by his partner and is in it to win it regardless of the cost. The only problem? Adam and Izzy can’t stand the thought of sharing the same air let alone the same ice.

Izzy and Adam realize they have one shot to prove their ex-partners wrong. One shot at the gold. And maybe, as they grow closer, one shot at love.

Of Mages and Men:
Ser Sebastian has one goal. Survive being a member of the king’s court.

Enter Ser Sebastian, the newest knight to his court and the latest in a string of grudging companions. Ser Sebastian has learned to keep his head down, mind his business, and stay out of the king's way.

All this changes when he is sent to acquire a mage for their court. However, he gets more than he bargained for when he meets Bernard the Mage, a powerful sorcerer with two toned eyes and a slim waist who turns Ser Sebastian's life upside down. Literally. As Ser Sebastian grows closer to Bernard he struggles to hide his own dark secrets. Will he be able to choose between true love and true freedom?
